CDS Surgical will send out two confirmation email messages once you have placed an order: 1) when we receive your order and 2) when we ship your order. Tailgate Delivery (normal shipping):
As part of the common carrier driver ICC regulations, truck drivers are required only to bring merchandise to the tailgate (end) of their vehicle. It is then the customers responsibility to remove it from the truck. If you do not have the personnel or facilities to handle unloading, we suggest one of the listed delivery options below.
Inside Delivery And/Or Lift Gate Service (Service not available in all areas. Please call for availability and a price quote.):
These services may be requested at an additional charge per table before the shipment leaves our facilities.
With products that do not qualify for free freight, we request that you select a shipping carrier and provide us with your shipping account number in order to avoid handling surcharges. If you do not have an account with any shipping carrier, we will select the best method of shipping for you and you will be responsible for all charges incurred. Included in our shipping confirmation email will be your tracking number.
BackordersWe avidly try to avoid backorders, however, they do occur. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified promptly via email. We will not substitute any items without your permission. We also will ship any in stock items separately from the backordered item. If you cannot wait for an item, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order up until we notify you that your item has been shipped.
Fraud!We reserve the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.

Changes/CancellationsIf you find it necessary to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Send us an email at customerservice@cdssurgical.com . We will make every effort to modify or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.
